Refund & Cancellation

Subscription Refunds

• Subscription charges may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of first purchase.
• Refunds do not automatically include usage-based overage already incurred and invoiced.
• Bundled monthly usage credit is non-cash, non-transferable, and resets on the applicable billing cycle.

Process

1. Email support@embedr.app with "Refund Request"
2. Processing within 5 business days
3. Funds returned via original payment method

Free Trial

• The free plan includes 20 requests per month and does not require a credit card.
• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
