- Reverse-engineering the Electron app
- Bypassing AI usage quotas

Liability
- Not responsible for hardware damage from code
- AI suggestions provided "as-is" without warranty
Jurisdiction
- Disputes governed by Indian law (Delhi courts)
- 30-day mediation required before litigation
